To ensure a correct measurement before buying. You have to measure the foot from the heel to the longest toe. Remember to measure both feet, as there may be differences between one foot and the other. In addition, for an adequate measurement we must leave  of 3 to 5 millimeters of comfort.
Please note that I do not normally accept returns unless I have made a mistake or the product is damaged. (Our quality controls are exhaustive so it is unlikely that something will be shipped defective).
Even so, if once your order is received you are unhappy with something, let me know and I will try to help you.
If you order more than 3 shoes (depending on the size) the shoes will go without their box due to customs issues.
Your order will be ordered directly from the factory, that is why we always have all colors and sizes. Due to this, the preparation time of your order can take between 3 and 5 days to be shipped.
The shipment will be expedited with a tracking number and it will be DHL express  company who makes the delivery.
